He has built business cases for some of the largest companies in Latin America, across consumer goods, retail, e-commerce and education: cutting sales-force costs, reworking commercial systems, trimming product portfolios to lift margins, and growing digital sales.

At Frontalis, Diego defines the strategy and the use case, leads the business case and sets the roadmap for delivering the savings. He stays on through implementation as the engagement partner, working alongside your team.

He and Omar met at university and built their first agency together. Frontalis is the second time they've teamed up.
