The short version. These terms cover your use of frontalis.ai. They don't cover our work for you: that's governed by the agreement we both sign. Nothing on this site is a promise of results or professional advice. The content is ours, and we're not liable for more than $100 if something on a free website goes wrong.

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our signed agreements come first
These terms are about the website only. If you hire us, a written agreement and a statement of work set the scope, fees, our share of the results, who owns what we build, and everything else about the project. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Booking a call or a free diagnostic doesn't commit either of us to anything. We only work together once we've both signed.
What's on the site isn't advice or a promise
Our case studies, savings figures and examples describe what happened for specific clients, under their conditions. Your results will be different, and nothing on this site guarantees any outcome. How our pay is tied to results is set out in each signed agreement, not here.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional before relying on it.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise every page always is.
Our content
The text, design, images, the Frontalis name and logo, and the rest of the site belong to Frontalis LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, share links to and quote small parts of the site with credit. You may not copy the site, resell its content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Client names and logos shown on the site belong to those clients.
Using the site
Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security
- use the booking form to send spam or pretend to be someone else
- scrape the site in bulk or use it to build a competing service
Other sites and tools
The site links to and uses services run by others, like Cal.com for booking and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for what they do.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Frontalis LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. None of this limits liability under a signed client agreement, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
The rest
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
