How a Florida law firm doubled its weekly clients with the same team
One paralegal typed every client's legal documents by hand, spending an hour on each, so the firm could serve only as many clients as she could get through. We built an assistant that drafts them from the client's intake form. Now she checks the documents instead of writing them, and handles twice as many clients a week.

The problem
Every client gets a package of legal documents: a will, a trust, powers of attorney, health care papers. The biggest package runs to about 120 pages.
One paralegal prepared all of them. She copied the firm's template and typed each client's details in by hand, starting with their name. A full package took her about an hour. That set the limit on how many clients the firm could serve, no matter how many it signed. By late August, 61 clients were waiting for their documents.
What we built
An AI assistant that writes the first draft. The paralegal picks a client, and about two minutes later every document in the package is ready, filled in from the client's intake form with the firm's own approved wording.
She reads it through and asks for any needed changes. If the paperwork doesn't add up (say the signed agreement lists more documents than the intake form), it stops and asks a person instead of guessing. Nothing is final until someone has checked it.
What changed
Six minutes per client instead of an hour. Nine in ten only need a skim.
The firm now handles twice as many clients a week, and the 61-client waiting list disappeared in five weeks.
“The estate plan automation was a resounding success. We cleared the backlog, and with the same team we can now take on more cases than ever before.”
