Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version. We collect what you type into the booking calendar on our site, and we use it to set up the call and prepare for it. That's it. Our site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad tracking or newsletter. The calendar itself is run by Cal.com, which sets two cookies of its own for the booking. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone except the few tools that run this site. Write to legal@frontalis.ai and we'll show you what we have, fix it, or delete it.

Who we are

Frontalis LLC ("Frontalis", "we") runs frontalis.ai. You can reach us about anything in this policy at legal@frontalis.ai.

This policy covers the website. When you become a client, the data you share for the project is covered by our signed agreement with you, not by this page.

What we collect and why

WhatWhere it comes fromWhy we use it
Your name and emailThe booking calendarTo send the call invite and reply to you
What the meeting is aboutThe booking calendarTo prepare for the call
Your phone number, any extra notes and the emails of guests you add (all optional)The booking calendarTo reach you about the call and invite your guests, if you give them
The time you book and your time zoneThe booking calendarTo schedule the call
Your IP address, browser and the pages you requestSent automatically by your browserTo serve the site and the calendar and keep them secure. Our host and Cal.com keep these logs for a short time

Please don't put sensitive information (health, financial account numbers, anything like that) in the free-text fields. We don't need it.

Who else sees it

We use a handful of service providers. They handle data for us, under their own security terms, and only to do their job:

  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
  • Cal.com runs the booking calendar on our pages, keeps the booking and sends the invite. It uses Cloudflare for security and Sentry to catch errors in the calendar.
  • HubSpot is where we keep track of who we're talking to.
  • Google Workspace carries our email.

All of them store data in the United States. We'll also share data if the law requires it, or with a buyer if Frontalis is ever sold (and the buyer would be bound by this policy).

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Our site doesn't set cookies and doesn't run analytics, ad pixels or any other tracking.

The booking calendar is Cal.com's, shown inside a frame on our pages, and it loads from Cal.com's servers straight into your browser. It sets two cookies on Cal.com's own domain: one from Cloudflare that tells people apart from bots, and one that keeps your booking together while you fill it in. They're there for the booking, not for advertising, and Cal.com's privacy policy covers them.

No company tracks you across sites through ours. Because we don't do that kind of tracking, we don't change anything in response to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal. There's nothing for it to turn off. If you open a link to another site, its privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

If you ask for a call and we don't end up working together, we delete your details two years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, our agreement sets how long we keep project data. Cal.com keeps the booking for as long as we keep it in our account, on the same schedule. Server logs are deleted automatically within a few weeks.

Your choices

Email legal@frontalis.ai and you can:

  • see the data we have about you
  • correct it
  • have it deleted
  • ask us to stop using it

We'll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you gave us, so we don't hand your data to someone else.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and sits with providers who protect it for a living. Only the Frontalis team can see your details. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever goes wrong with your data, we'll tell you.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change matters (a new use for your data, a new kind of tracking), we'll say so on the site, and we'll email you if we have your address and the change affects data we already hold.

If you're in Mexico or Peru

Read the Spanish version of this page. It's written for Mexico's and Peru's data protection laws and explains your rights under them.
